Description
UKG is looking for a Marketing Process Improvement Manager. The Process Improvement Manager will be responsible for helping Marketing and its business partners understand and document current processes and for facilitating the creation of new/improved processes for the newly combined company. The role will be a part of the Marketing Operations team, supporting all of Marketing and Marketing Business Partners, including Sales and others.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Marketing Department and Marketing Partners to identify, verify, analyze, document, and implement process improvement
- Challenge current working practices by providing a non-biased point of view
- Identify process improvement opportunities and facilitate goal setting using customer feedback, analysis, and other systems
- Create/update core business process documentation
- Facilitate design and implementation of new/improved processes across Marketing
- Facilitate problem solving by leveraging/modeling continuous improvement methodologies
- Train and guide resources through existing and new processes
- Lead multiple complex, high-visibility process innovation projects that potentially span multiple departments
- Work closely with business users to identify new business needs and/or process issues and recommend process improvements based on those needs
- Provide hands-on team facilitation, training, and process improvement subject matter expertise to business partners
Qualifications
Required Qualifications/Skills:
- 3-5 years' experience using and applying process improvement best practices/techniques and project management skills in a structured project environment
- Must possess ability to multitask, prioritize and work with multiple users and applications while maintaining a professional attitude
- Proven ability to effectively facilitate a training session, one on one, or with a group
- Must be willing and able to change direction as requirements and priorities change
- Must have strong problem solving skills
- Must have strong written and verbal communication skills across teams and levels of organization
- Must have strong listening and questioning skills
Preferred Qualifications/Skills:
- Previous Marketing experience
- Certified Lean/Six Sigma Green/Black Belt or equivalent experience
