  • Develop and execute project plans within schedule constraints, ability to simultaneously manage multiple priorities
  • Lead process improvement initiatives through the disciplined use of Lean Six Sigma measurements, accountability, analysis and discussion of process alternatives in order to arrive at best practices
  • Utilize / apply scrum methodology, DMAIC / DFSS, Lean manufacture and statistical methods
  • Manage a diverse collection of work deliverables requiring strong problem-solving skills
  • Utilize project management skills and ability to convert mission area customer requirements into executable strategies


  • A minimum of three years of process improvement / Lean Six Sigma experience; U.S. Federal government consulting experience preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related discipline from an accredited college/university; MBA or advanced degree from an accredited college/university preferred
  • Certifications: Lean Six Sigma Green or Black belt through an accredited organization
  • Strong understanding of business processes, project management methodologies, and leading practices
  • Demonstrated knowledge / experience of Lean Six Sigma principles and track record of successful projects in the DoD or other Federal agencies
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to establish rapport with clients and colleagues
  • U.S. citizenship required and an active U.S. Federal government TS/SCI + Full-Scope poly security clearance
