The Senior Business Analyst serves as project manager for automation projects of the greatest difficulty, complexity, sensitivity, visibility, and specialization for the entities supported by the Business Systems Administration. This position is the primary liaison between Information Technology and multiple business units within and outside the Department. This position plans, organizes, coordinates, and controls the analysis, development, testing, and implementation of assigned initiatives; understands the customer's business requirements and translates these into functional requirements; designs and documents workflow, provides training to end-users, and leads user testing and verification efforts; ensures issues are identified, tracked, reported, and resolved in a timely manner; facilitates client meetings; pro-actively seeks opportunities to serve in leadership roles and facilitates effective team interaction; continually seeks opportunities to increase experience through informal channels, suggesting areas for improvement in internal processes along with possible solutions; and assigns work and provides direction to Business Analysts designated to work on project phases and tasks and reviews their work products.

Require a Bachelor's Degree and/or 10 years of experience in business analysis (or equivalent experience).
PMI, Scrum Master, and/or Lean or Six-sigma certifications a plus.
