Responsible for continuously improving business processes, quality, and operational effectiveness by identifying problems, defining the problem statement clearly, and accurately applying a structured and disciplined methodology (Lean Six Sigma) to identify data-driven root causes.

Develop and implement operations strategies that drive quantifiable gains in productivity, reduce costs, increase profits, improve processes and overall quality. Define and execute key elements necessary for continued sustainable improvements. Lead process improvement projects that are focused on delivering sustainable increases in productivity, profitability, and customer satisfaction across a range of business processes and functions. Accountable for delivering tangible results effective to change management approaches and best practice project management techniques. Partner with business owners to optimize the achievement of strategic business objectives. Inform, influence, negotiate and persuade internal/external stakeholders in relation to continuous improvement efforts. Manage, plan, design, and execute policies and methods for the company’s industrial engineers to ensure assigned projects are completed timely, within budget, and achieved expected objectives. Develop effective communication through presentations and documents dependent on the audience. Guide, facilitate, and drive the innovation of breakthrough processes, products, and services applying e.g.; Innovation, DFLSS, DFSS. Conduct organization level strategy sessions to define business strategies and key process indicators.

QualificationsEDUCATION: Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, computer science, information systems, computer engineering, or a related field; or equivalent combination of post-high school education and experience equal to nine (9) years.

EXPERIENCE: 5 years project management and enterprise-wide/cross-functional large scale initiatives.

TECHNICAL PROFICIENCY: Proficient with Microsoft Office products, including Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and SharePoint; excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Project.

COMPETENCIES: Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing, including conveying technical information to technical and non-technical users. Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with internal/external business partners. Ability to evaluate process effectiveness and develop change or alternatives. Ability to function effectively with, or as part of a team. Ability to indirectly mentor, coach, train, and/or supervise employees. Ability to effectively manage projects that may vary in nature and scope. Ability to identify and/or document existing and new trends, as well as evaluate and predict their impact on the organization. Ability to provide subject matter expertise, counsel, and effectively influence others at various levels within the organization. Knowledge of and ability to conduct need, trend, feasibility, and performance assessments. Knowledge of and ability to apply the concepts, principles, and practices of change management. Knowledge of training methodology and the ability to develop and facilitate technical/operational training to others.

OTHER: Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt, Lean Master, or equivalent certification is a plus.
