Your survey should contain the CTQ parameters and the KPI for the business. Obtain a QFD/AHP of the Company Process leading to satisfaction. Get them into Quantifiable m…[Read more] -

Summerfield replied to the topic Sample Size in the forum Finance 16 years, 8 months ago
1. Depends upon your data
2. You need to identify the standard deviation of the population.
Or what you can do is collect the Population data (1 day) and some 2-3 samples on the very same day & with the help of Anova you could be able to verify the sampling method & also sample size. -

Summerfield replied to the topic ERP Implementation and Six Sigma Methods in the forum General 18 years, 5 months ago
Dear Milind,Let me throw a spanner in the wheel. I was a BB for an ERP project in my previous job. The MBB and me found it fairly difficult to apply the methodology and kept drifting to the Arthur Anderson(now called Anderson Consulting) approach. However the tools we did find useful were the FMEA and the SQFD.regards,

Six Sigma projects are typically more defined and properly scoped. There may be several Six Sigma projects within one TQM project. To use the baseba…[Read more]
