I appreciate your feed back I am looking at Minitab Companion 3 and Microsoft sharepoint and PowerSteering, Sharepoint looks out of the running but so far both PowerSteering and Companion 3 are close runners, I will have a good look at your suggestion and hopefully will have a good third option.
