Hi Jose,
I took my SSGB certification via Cal State Fullerton (in Garden Grove). I was pretty happy with the class. They have BB certification also. You could look into that. :)

That was a great piece of info.I would like to have some more info on the same,eg., companies that have applied for six sigma or are on the verge of completion and also most importantly is Convergys a six sigma certified company.I would appreciate if you can brief a little on what six sigma is all about.

You can devise a company wide measurement system for engagement as well as effectiveness..different companies have different way of measuring it…some companies measure it with % number of people trained, % persons certified(GB/BB)…financial savings and some critical measurements of business being driven thru Six sigma…

I would suggest that GB should complete one project atleast after being trained as GB and then go for BB training depending on business needs. Keep in mind every training costs and ROI should validate this investment in BB training before you put these guys for BB training.
