Hi!
In our company what we do is that we give Green Belts and Black Belts exactly the same training. The only difference is that BB’s work full time in Six Sigma.

I couldn’t agree with you more. Change management is the key in every improvement project – Six Sigma included.
I also now how GE’s CAP works and it is just great.

We have been using Six Sigma for about two years in Europe and in US. This year we started the training at our Chinese plant and I must say that the training itself has been a success. All trainees are very eager to learn Six Sigma and they have been very active in their training projects.
It’ll be very interesting to see how it continues.

We are at the moment configuring our SAP software to meet our needs in the manufacturing environment. I am using QFD to link the customer (employer) requiremnts to SAP features in manufacturing planning. How to continue with my Six Sigma project in this area is still a bit open, but I will return to the matter as soon as I know more.
