When we attempt to calculate Cpk by hand, using AIAG Methodology, we can not get correlation with Minitab results.
How does Minitab calculate Cpk? Is it based on a mean sigma shift?

The basic difference between six sigma and TQM in my mind is the reason that TQM didn’t work. It was often practiced from the top down. One approach that you might like to consider is to clearly understand why the errors happen. If an individual has proven that they have the capability to carry out a task and have done so repeatedly it is unlikely that training is the problem. Understanding the root cause is key to deciding whether the problem is training, process or performance related.
