I  think SS-Shooter,Brandon & Stan could give  you  some  answers.
But  don’t  rely on  them, you  have  to  make  some  research and  you  will  find  the  answers.
    Good Luck

    Ylenia
I  advise  you  to  start  doing  your  own  home-work.
Have  observed  that  you  have  asked  everybody  to  help  you, and  even  you  don’t  bother  to  appreciate or  evaluate other’s  efforts in  this  regard.
Try  to  put  some  minimum  efforts  ,try  to  understand  that great  stuff you  have  now, instead of  “shouting”  for  help  and  assistance.
Afterall you  should deserve  your  certification.
Please  stop your “baby-attitude” and work  hard.
Don’t  utilize  your  cute  Italien  name  to  attract more  assistance.
Give  some attention  and  minimum  respect  to  those  who  sent  you materials, etc.
Work  hard  to  deserve  your  certification .
    Good Luck

    Very good  question:
    In brief
*Lack  of  practical relevant case  studies.
*Great  gap  between  the  theory  and  practice specially in  regard to  the implemetation  of  some  advanced  statistical  tools, such  as DoE,ANOVA,etc.
*Lack  of  proper  wrapping-up,getting  lost  in  the  details (no  proper  Roadmap)
*Lack  of  practical  project  management  skills.
*Lack  of  software  skills, difficulties  in  using  minitab, excel, etc.
*Great  confusion  in  regard  to  the  relation with  other quality  approaches, such  as  the ISO 9000/2000,TQM,Reengineerung,etc.
Ofcourse  this is  my  personal  opinion,so  I  might  be  wrong.
    Hope that  helps,good  luck

Please  elaborate  more about  that, interested  really  to  hear  your  opinion regarding  certificates.Have received 5  certificates, one  from Manitoba U./Canada  on quality  management  and  other  4  from Villanova U.,covering  all  the  3  SS  Courses ,ending  with  a  master  certificate  in SS.My  question :are  those  certificates  are  “fake”?
Was  it  a  waste  of  time, money  and  efforts?
I  wish  to  read  your  particuar  answer
    Thanks   and  regards

Those  are  2  separate  issues,ISO if  focusing  on  QA and quality  documentation ,and  the  SS is  a comprehensive  business  stategy which is  mainly targeting  the  process  improvement approach  from  a  to  z.
    Don’t  mix  up

In  you  case  you  have  to  consider  “smaller  is  better  ”  as  a  major  quality characterstic, that  means  that  you  have  to  drop Cpk (for  the  usl)  and  to consider  only  the  lsl.
    Just  my  opinion

    Try  to  apply  the  formula:
    R=Q*A
It  does  mean  there  is  no successful  SS implementation without
    proper  change  management,
    best

    Yes
    Nothing  new
    WB/YB/GB/BB & MBB
WB training  should  last (at least) for  2-day SS introduction

Thanks  for  your  kind  cooperative  approach
Why  not  to  put  the stuff on  this  screen  and  to  save  efforts  and  time (instead  of  sending  to  every  person).I  believe  several  presons  would  be  interested  to  have  it.
    QC has  done  always  that.
