Six Sigma definitely applies to you. I have once done a Six Sigma project on the reduction of greenhouse gasses in an aluminium smelter. The data and information that you are refering to and working with, played a crucial role in the success of the project.
I share the previous comment wrt 3days GB course. It sounds a bit dodgy.

During my Master Black Belt training and discussions with other MBBs that are in our industry, we are targeting a goal of only supporting 10.  If we only support 4-6, then we are typically running projects too.

I know some pretty sharp managers that have gotten their MBA using the web!!! Everyone’s learning style is different and some people would MUCH rather work at their own pace and on their own time and not be forced to listen to someone present material they could get on their own
Both alternatives would be beneficial!!
