I don’t believe there is an “liscensing body” per se. Most of the recognizition comes from the quality of the people who perfrom in the BB/MBB roles.
I know ASQ is well resepcted, also I recieved my BB cert from a Company called Six Sigma Qualtec, and I would recommend them.
