    It is continuous. If  you look at the spectrum of in coming call you primarily measure them based on units of time. Time itself is measured on a continuum and therefore can’t be considered attribute.

    That’s what I thought. But that sounds more like lean principles that 6sigma. What tool to measure variation though?

    Yes, mainly cycle time on repairs. Overall customer satifacton will comw when we do that.

    I’m sorry I should have elaborated. A “Sigma Event” is what my senior management describes as everything that can’t be fixed in an hour or by firing someone. I’m kidding about that. It’s how I describe projects.
