I have tried, I have done waste walks, capability studies to show that some of the processes need improvement. I have put all the data together and sat with each mananger, the issue is they don’t care, and would rather not have me work on anything in thier areas. I have brought it up to upper management, and I am awaiting the response.

I have done both of the things you have suggested, but it seems that:a.) The managers are so busy, that they can not give six sigma the attention that corporate is requesting.
b.) The managers believe six sigma is the flavor of the month and are waiting for it to disappear.

I know our company uses a program called SigmaTrac developed by the Six Sigma Academy, you may want to look into that.
