Ken,I took KT training in the early 1980’s used it successfully several times. I still have my copy of the Rational Manager that was included with the course, but have long since lost the “Phase Question” forms. I found them to be most useful for staying on track within each Phase. First do you know where I might get copies of the “Phase Questions” and second have the questions changed with regards to the “New Rational Manager ?” ThanksPhil
