    Not planned till now. I can see the MBB certifications offered by BMG / ASQ which is much higher. If I get the details on the Indian institutions and their budget for MBB certifications, I can have a thought on that.

  • When should be used short & long capability analysis (Cp&Cpk Vs Pp&Ppk).  Which is the criteria to use long or short term capability studies. Could somebody give me some exaples where is applied each one.

  • Rohit….the best way to identify the pain areas is get a employee survey…believe me, we did that for our finance department and we ended up having a MBB project in our hands when we set out to do small time improvements…you might want to try getting feedback from a sample of lets say 10% of your employee population, varied.
