Not planned till now. I can see the MBB certifications offered by BMG / ASQ which is much higher. If I get the details on the Indian institutions and their budget for MBB certifications, I can have a thought on that.

When should be used short & long capability analysis (Cp&Cpk Vs Pp&Ppk).  Which is the criteria to use long or short term capability studies. Could somebody give me some exaples where is applied each one.

Rohit….the best way to identify the pain areas is get a employee survey…believe me, we did that for our finance department and we ended up having a MBB project in our hands when we set out to do small time improvements…you might want to try getting feedback from a sample of lets say 10% of your employee population, varied.
