    Possibly, get them engaged and make them part of the process to take  ownership. They have to feel that they are part of the change. Get them to 1-1 discusion, review your communication channels (eleminate barrier), seek and give constructive feedback, peer support and above all “recognistion and reward” catch them when they are doing something good as compared to catching them when they are doing wrong. Trust and support them.

    Hello,
    Can anyone direct me or help understand the KT analysis. I have recently joined the SCM and was told that I will be using this technique to prepare proposals and awards contracts.
    I would appreciate if you could please mentor me to understanding and using this techniques and tools associated with this analysis.
