Theoriticaly Six Sigma could be aplied to any processes. But I never heard that sport activities use six sigma to ensure the effectiveness of the play. It is a good idea to try. Indeed there is no guarantee that someone who play base ball or any other sports applying six sigma will become the world champion. It is worth to try as we have no data.
