I am passionate about improving business process, help other people to make their job easier.
In 2013, I’ve got a chance to get training of Lean Sigma Green Belt from Chevron.
This training was open my mind a lot about the way to improve process become faster, less cost, more efficient, better by using Lean Sigma Methodology.
I’ve run 3 Lean Sigma Projects which successfully reduce cost, increase revenue, increase team productivity. My 11 years working experience in offshore varying from Maintenance, Planning, and Operation enrich me for understanding of Oil & Gas Process from Material, Maintenance, Operation, budgeting.
I like to work in systematic order, take a logical, objective approach to ensure accuracy, enjoy creating standards that help bring about high quality outcomes, work independence to figure things out for myself, give my advice, and share my expertise to others, find practical solutions to complex problems.
