Project Manager / Lean Six Sigma Black Belt / Accounting Manager
I earned my Six Sigma Green Belt from IBM. While employed there I led project teams focused on risk identification, cost saving and process improvement including automating calculations used for SOX controls and proposing partnership contract changes to generate positive cash flow impacts for clients. I also led a team of contractors to avoid a significant monetary contract penalty by closing a backlog of several thousand client purchase orders.
In 2013 I moved to Nashville and joined Aramark. I transitioned the Payroll department from Philadelphia HQ and implemented a number of process improvements to support the lower headcount allocated in Nashville. Once that was stabilized, I moved into the role of Manager of Fixed Assets where I led a department of 3 Supervisors and 20 Accountants tracking $1.5 Billion in gross assets. I inspired sustained performance improvement against KPIs and SOX audit results. The last role I held at Aramark was Project Manager. In that role I led projects that transitioned additional responsibilities into the Nashville office and ultimately took a leadership role over Aramark’s RPA (Robotic Process Automation) implementation initiative.
I earned my Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification from Acuity Institute in July 2020.
