Hello Amin,
have a look at the descriptions of the training and upgrade programmes in TRIZ Six Sigma at my site http://www.sixsigma-24.de /calender or /training
PDF files presenting joint roadmaps are in English, maybe you may get some ideas for your presentation.
Newsletters and white papers there may also help you
Regards,

Dear Bhupinger,
I appreciate your idea about research in efficient application of TRIZ within Six Sigma Roadmaps.
You may have heard that many companies apply it with such efficiency that they avoid any press releases regarding the impact because of strategical issues.
From this viewpoint I believe that any dissertation of such kind should be…[Read more] -

you are right,
it is just about certain psychological intertia and resistance to change of six sigma professionals, but much more of their sponsors, as learning TRIZ requires extra effort , time and budget/investment.
For me it is easier, as I am Master Black Belt myself, certified by major US six sigma providers. I develop my own curriculum…[Read more] -

Mani
thank you, to my experiences you are absolutely right, in majoritz situations traditional creativity techniques are not capable to generate so many eficient 3-4 or higher sigma improvement ideas within time, budget, expertise and other project resources available.
As to transactional applications, I use Knowledge Wizard software, it helps…[Read more] -

Thanks a lot, this is a great reference.
I try to organise such project in Germany/Europe and consulting with insurances at the moment. Health resorts, especially sea-side ones, are rather expensive in Germany and season is rather short, e.g., in comparison with Adria resorts.
But in spite of waving the boundaries between European countries…[Read more] -

“All information about six sigma” – this is definitely too much to send you in a mail. You may come and study it, and it takes usually months to study and years to really master it.

TRIZ is a set of analytical tools, now also supported by software (see, e.g. http://www.ideationtriz.com or http://www.sixsigma-24.de ) , which can be very efficiently used at all six sigma phases, i.e.
– for revealing the problem,
-for analysing failures and finding out critical Xs,
-for generating creative set of ideas and solutions, as…[Read more] -

Dear Joerg,
you may find more information about our Call Centres projects in my white paper “Six Sigma Quality of Life Projects” which is published on my web-site http://www.sixsigma-24.de in Publications.
The site is in German, but you may translate it in English, e.g. through the bublefish translator. The paper is in English anyway.

Exactly this situation is happenning particularly in Germany/Europe, where there are neither standards defined nor any sound de-facto standards grown up within the big corporations.
Training is now offered by individuals who themselves just have made a 3-5 days accelerated Green Belt course, the books on the market are coping each other to a…[Read more] -

It is true, you have to make an industrial project along with training to be certified. My students’ training fees are usually sponsored by the companies, for whom they conduct the project. You may contact me directly if any questions [email protected]

Dear Tony,
thank you for your great offer. Yes, I will be delighted to have a look at your data and if feasible to talk with your clients.
I am not a novice in eLearning: since 1993 I’ve been working at the Human-Machine Lab at the University of Kassel, Germany and since 1996 I’ve have my own chair in the same institute. We are participating in…[Read more] -

Tony,
your comments are touching the higher level problem, than just fun or emotional aspect of virtual training, namely usability and usefullness of virtual training. Design principles for readability/scanability among others usability and human factors principles have to be certainly considered when developing materials.
On the other side, I…[Read more] -

Dear Michael,
thanks for your summary.
What audiences are you working with: in US or also in non-english speaking countries? If the latter – are you using english as a working /materials language, or you have materials and perform training in native language of participants?

Dear Kim,
thank you for providing a pretty explicit list of pro’s and contra’s and the link.
In general advantages and disadvantages of any process/product/system should be analysed from different view points.
In the virtual off-or on-line class there are several parties participating in it, namely:
– training service provider (voice of…[Read more] - Load More
