| Biography | A certified Master Black Belt Trainer, Sicilia was responsible for developing Departmental strategic plans, performance goals and supervising the performance management activities of DoD. Previously, he was director of DoD’s Lean Six Sigma Program Office and was responsible for overseeing and directing the largest performance management program ever attempted. |
