Biography

Mr. Fishbein helps companies significantly improve business performance, drawing upon deep experience as both a line executive and consultant in financial service and manufacturing businesses. As the most senior operations officer in three manufacturing firms and Managing Director of Administration and Systems at a Wall Street firm, he led these businesses through turnarounds and other change efforts. His practice at Aon/Rath & Strong includes: Large Scale Change Programs (Six-Sigma, Total Quality Management, Supply Chain and Just-In-Time), Breakthrough Process Improvement (information flow, production and service environments), and Organization Design (alternative organization structures and job designs to reduce costs/improve services).
