John was trained by Bechtel / Qualtec in 2002 and since training has completed DMAIC and Lean PIPs in various areas of the business including Safety, Environment, Finance, Contracts and Procurement, Programme Controls, Contract Administration (Entitlement), Engineering, Computer Programme Design. He is also a Lean Sigma Trainer.
