Karen Brodbeck has 20 years Master Black Belt Experience. She received her Six Sigma training while at Navistar where she worked for 12 years. In her tenure at Navistar, she also served as an Environmental Chemist, Quality Engineer and Quality Manager for the Paint Division in addition to her Master Black Belt position.
The last 17 years have been spent consulting where she has trained over 3,000 students in all levels of problem solving including Basic Problem Solving, Lean and Six Sigma Black Belt and Green Belt. She has worked with over 150 companies across North and South America
Karen received a B.S. in Chemistry Education and a M.S. in Manufacturing Management. In addition to training and consulting, she also teaches Lean Six Sigma at the Boonshoft School of Medicine at Wright State University.
