Is it possible to integrate Lean to Six  Sigma?What would  you call the  outcome?What about Kaizen  and JIT?Thank You.

I agree fully with Mike.Understanding is  most  important.I have  purchased e-Tutorial conserning  “Kaizen Based Lean Manufacturing”,after  receiving  and  studying this material (may be  in the  next  2  weeks) I will be  glad to assist you if I could. 

Please let us know  how many  companies (world-wide until now)have  just  implemented  SS? (Is it  still 115 or  more?),Who is  measuring their  status?Is there a BOK specialized in giving  accreditation (similar to the  ISO 9001 Procedure)?  thanks 

It depends on the  top management commitment and enthusiasm.Tqm  should be  first  integrated  with  HR and  OM of that  concerned  company (TQM =HR+OM).If it  fails,then TQM is  becoming  useless.just  my opinion,thanks.
