Linda Bacelis-Bush has been with GE for 11 years and excelled as a Lean strategy leader, Change Acceleration Process coach and Six Sigma Black Belt in GE Healthcare Performance Solutions for the past 9 years. Linda partners with healthcare organizations to to build a culture of trained healthcare professionals aligned to the organization’s strategic goals. Results include higher healthcare process efficiency, better care delivery, and a more effective culture across all areas within hospitals. Linda has played a lead role in developing the elements of the Lean model for healthcare. She has attended Lean training in Japan and now demonstrates and teaches Lean and change management concepts to healthcare leaders to identify performance improvement opportunities through value stream mapping, improve processes through Kaizen events, and transform the improvement culture in healthcare in order to deliver sustainable improvements to their organizations.
