Michael J. Webb is president of Sales Performance Consultants Inc., a consultancy devoted to leveraging the principles of the quality movement to improve the performance of sales organizations. He has worked to help clients such as Carlson Wagonlit, American Express, 3M, Marriott, and many others to improve their sales processes and results. He also works with sales training firms, such as IMPAX Corporation, to help integrate the best selling practices into client company’s sales operations.
