Projects for replication would be ideal GB projects. This means that a GB will replicate a completed BB project to another similar application.

The benefit you will gain from six sigma will far more outweights the cost of investing full time BB. Just think about 4 projects per BB a year at $250,000 savings per project, that’s a million dollars potential savings per BB. how much do you pay a BB a year? So, the savings can be 10 – 20 fold more per year.

Get a job with a company that implements six sigma and get your training free. Your work interest and experience can land you a job easily. Good luck.  

Learn from other organizations’ mistake – train your MBBs first then have them to train BBs and GBs in the organization. Hiring outside consultants can cost you a fortune and make six sigma implementation expensive.
