Phillip H. Williams is a certified Six Sigma Black Belt with responsibilities in quality engineering, consulting and formal instruction in the areas of statistics and Six Sigma techniques. His 21 years of experience include process and quality engineering in the microelectronics and flat panel industries, where he has held positions in manufacturing, research and development, process integration and factory start-ups.
