I did Green belt project to reduce the defects in my project. Which area you are working? You should be looking for the area which is in problem and then attack on that problem.
Are you have gonethrough Green belt training??

Hi Prasanna.
For doing Green belt or Black belt Project you should be trained  for that belt. Actually in training you willl come to know the different phases of Six sigam and tool which you will be using to solve the problem. After getting the training try to locate the most lagging area in your company and apply Six Sigma on that.

I guess you are on the right track. But try Columbus, OH.In other words dont be constrained to boston.. good luck with your job search .. its hard nowdays to ind something.. voluntarily is laos difficult…try hard..keep trying.. hope it works.
