    Hi Rajeshwari,
    The questionaire method is definitely good……however you should try to ask a variety of questions which would cover international callcentres as well as domestic.

    I has done run chart to check if there were any special causes for a sudden drift in performance. Also as a operations subject matter expert, I donot see any major changes in the process that would impact the performance to this extent.     Yes Darth, I was intending to do a 2 sample T test. So I can go ahead with the entire months’ data and need not sample.
