Having started his career with Japanese automobile major in manufacturing function, he lives and believes in Lean ways of working with almost religious zeal. He brings unique experience of manufacturing industry as well as IT services industry that extends both software development-support processes and IT infrastructure management process. Apart from B-school graduate degree, he holds credentials like PMP from PMI.org, CPIM-APICS and CMMi appraisal team member. In past several years, he has consulted global customers across different verticals in their process transformation journey. As a Lean Six sigma practitioner, Rohit has trained hundreds of people both in India and abroad in Lean Six sigma methodologies, driven high impact transformational projects and delivered multiplier effect benefits by mentoring green belt projects.
