Possibly it could be companies which are winners in Malcolm Baldrige award or European Quality award winners, we can call as TQM companies. The only possibility for 100th person to sit on his seat is that passanger 1 sits on seat 1. If he changes his seat this will disturb whole of the sitting plan.
So the probability that passanger 1 sits on seat 1 is 1/100
