Before going for UCL / LCL finding, make your process to normal distribution and reduce the variations – Reduce standard deviation considerably. There is no other way.

In some operations of Auto companies, they have ‘married’ the features of both FMEA and Control plan and called this DCP (Dynamic Control plans).
