I  have  done  some  steps  ,but  still  I  need  further  enlightenment from  somebody who  works  in  Healthcare.

Yes  .Villanova  offers the  same  onlune,but  it  may  be  expensive (above  $3000)?Otherwise  Villanova’s program  is  really  excellent.

In  their  last  version  they  gave  equal  attention  to  service  organization ,including  the  healthcare

I suggest  a  new  name:”Creative  Improvement Strategies” (CIS) as  the new  version of  Advanced  TQM .I  believe  SS is  becoming “sick” and  it  will  “pass-away” in  few  years.Remember my  name “Sillyidiot” as  the  inventor of CIS.Please  don’t  attack  me ,it is  just  my  opinion????

What  about   certificates offered by  Univesities upon  finishing 8-16 weeks on  line intensive  courses????
