Process Improvement Consultant and Trainer
Graduated from Northwestern University with a BS in Industrial Engineering in 1978. After learning Project Management and Construction Management in the Engineering field (5 years), the Telecommunications industry provided the perfect opportunity in late 1983 to contribute to the significant changes that took place in that industry in the IT, Customer Service, and Process Management disciplines.
In my most recent assignments at AT&T, as a Certified Six Sigma Black Belt, delivered significant increases in revenues on several projects. As an Agile Scrum Master, led efforts that provided rapid, expert-driven updates via updated workflows to improve the customer service process significantly.
Currently, actively retired and working for Harper College in Palatine, Illinois, as a Continuing Education Instructor for Six Sigma, Lean, and Agile Sigma training courses.
Also currently providing Six Sigma, Lean, Project Management, and Agile Sigma training and consulting services to clients via Harper Business Solutions and as well as through direct engagement with clients – to continue to add value and help to improve processes for the benefit of the customer.
