Tom Griffin has been a practitioner of organizational improvement for 30 years. He has held staff, team and leadership roles in multiple industry segments. He is currently building an IT disaster recovery program for his employer, Compassion International. Griffin has an MBA, is a certified Jonah with the Avram Goldratt Institute, maintains an Associate Business Continuity Professional certification and has an ITIL V2 certification.
