Well thanks for your word of advice, would definitely keep it in mind. I am ready for any sort of challenges that may turn up to me, however, as i mentioned to monk also, we may be wrong as it is the start of our career, and via this forum we expect some help and insight. we may be wrong in our approach, but with time and practicalities it would…[Read more]
Yes, that training could have been a base for us to start learning, but then you tend to learn with practical stuff and not paper stuff. what if somebody wishes to enter the world of SS and is totally new to this field with no project, then how can he be evaluated. i totally agree that the paper certification is a piece of scrap and nothing else,…[Read more]

not exactly buddy…sometimes these “useless” papers do help. u tell me one thing, would you as a recruiter recurit someone in this field till u see the guy has some “words” mentioned in his profile pertaining to the job profile. the knowledge would be evaluated later, but the first step would be that the profile would land up in junk.
Yes, the training is taken up in a professional manner and the lead facilitator is a black belt himself. The certification exam is based on the four days training only and is not that difficult to clear. I completed mine just 2 weeks back and now in search of a project. Since my organization is metric driven we cannot implement SS here.
