I have had quite a few responses to my books that I offered for sale yet nothing too serious.
I would be prepared to exchange #6 & #7 on my book list for a clean copy of Juran’s quality handbook 5th edition, Any offers?

If you are looking for publication re- continuous improvement, quality systems and stats that shall give you the big picture regarding the relation between and interaction of continuous improvement, quality and six sigma tools, have a look at the book list for sale that I am offering, I believe that the 13 publications shall take you from the “I dont know what you are talking about” to the advanced speak of six sigma.

    Thomas,
I have quite a large library of stat, six sigma and quality publications, most of these I won’t ever get the time to read, I have a select few that I shall always keep for reference purposes, hence the reason for offering the books for sale, I simply have too much and very little time to spend and, My involvement within six sigma issues at this time is very minimal due to other issues that are more pressing.
Thomas If you’re interested in the books as a block sale, let me know what you want to spend to have them (I am open to reasonable offers and don’t let your location be a problem), I believe that the books listed would allow a person or organization to have access to some premium six sigma, stat and quality information and tools to be utilized for your own benefit and the customers ofcourse.

I guess we are all frustrated when it comes to implementing and creating a six sigma strategy yet, It is clear that SS isn’t very well suited to some executive management that are still OLD SCHOOL.
I take note that you are from an insurance background and, I would advice you to look at the tools that are available to you through QFD (quality function deployment), six sigma only touches the surface of QFD and, I have read reports of the great success of organizations that are using the QFD approach to continuous quality improvements and the VOC, I would add that the VOP (voice of the process) is rarely spoken of regarding employee input and measurables and, the fact that many organizations fail to educate and empower employees regarding knowledge of variation and systems thinking, Deming’s literature is good for that and, you may wish to look at Glenn Mazur’s publications regarding the proper use of QFD.
