Just a simple comment on project management and 6 sigma: To succesfully run a project under 6 sigma methidilogy in my company one of the themes a GB and BB is trained on is Project management since they both are compatible and results are more complete.0October 25, 2002 at 10:10 pm #80021
Keep in mind that project management was around for quite awhile without SS. Many projects are executed without using DMAIC, DFSS of DRF. I for one would not recommend this approach but it is a fact. Six Sigma is an enhancement or a tool to improve the probability of success of project or program . You can execute a project without SS but you can’t execute a project without Project Management.0
