    I am amit. working as a production Manager for color telivision speaker manufacturing company . I have to improve my production & Quality . I would like to know more details how I can achieve my targets ? Advice me through proper process defenision.

    Thank you, but honestly, what kind of replies will you get with this level of information? Probably things like “don’t spend money”, “solve the problem”, “hire a specialist” or so. None (or most) will help you in any way, unless you can become more specific.

    Are you a Six Sigma Black Belt? If so I hope you fire your training source. I do have a legitimate answer for you concerning how to drive projects and starting a process improvement project for your company. Do you have any training so far? Do you apply any methods yet?
