    Stan”s sister

Please identify  the  major  differences  between Advanced TQM and Lean-SS.Is  it  identical? If  both aim  to improve   quality ,then  where is  the  difference? When  to  apply each? How to  integrate  them? thanks

Advanced TQM or TQM is a management philosophy which aims at customer satisfaction with total involvement of everyone in the business process. Lean principles will support this very effectively.

    Stan’s Sister,
I just want to check the logic:
“If both aim to improve quality ,then  where is the difference?” That would lead me to conclude: “if wood floats everything that floats must be wood?”
It is a rare occasion when one can’t be substituted for the other however the quality of the solution may vary considerably. The differences and integration is the subject of books. You might start with Tom Devane’s book on integrating Lean Six Sigma and High Performance work teams. You throw in the fact that the author is a top Change Management guy and you will get a pretty good picture.
    Just my opinion.
    Good luck

SS, you are a big faker.  Stan does not have a sister.  His wife has a sister who is really hot.  He does have a brother who cross dresses but he is referred to as IT during family get togethers.  Stan has himself been caught in drag on South Beach more than once but, I repeat, he does not have a sister.  So stop pretending and use your real name like most of us do.

    Lean-SS = SS+Kaizen+TQM+TPM+TPS
