Can anybody tell me what does “advances”TQM means?Is it some sort of Six-Sigma?Is it the “Hoshin”planning?In your opinion if somebody ask you to clasify TQM in two chapters ,what you will consider in the “basic”chapter?what you will put in the “Advanced”chapter?Where does the the “Lean Sigma”fit in all that?.Thanks in -advance for any “enlightenment”.
