    I am guiding a Green Belt project on improving the quality of inputs for a vendor payment process. In brief, the relationship managers send instructions with invoices payable by the bank on behalf of the bank’s customers to the operations team. I would like to know the kind of analysis that can be done to identify solutions. The metric being tracked is % of monthly volume with all correct details. One analysis is a pareto of what is wrong with the instruction. I am looking if someone can suggest any other analysis that can be done.

    Hi,
    you can leverage process flow chart tool and analyse it to identify critical to quality.
