    Could the readers from this forum provide some information and/or links on how to develop a Six Sigma project to analyze data from a short term disability program.  Also, is there such a book as “Six Sigma for the lay person”.
    Could you please advise. Thank you,

    I can’t speak to the analysis issue, but for SixSigma books for lay people, there’s always SixSigma for Dummies.
