    I always seem to have trouble calculating process sigma when I have rolled throughput yield.  Can anyone point me in the right direction with the following sample?
    single process run – 100 units produced w/20 defects
    after rework defects are reduced to 14
    each unit has 5 defect opportunties
    Best way to come up with my process sigma?
    Am I making this too complicated?
