    Hi,
We all know that lean and six sigma and now recently lean six sigma are the touted process improvement methodlogies. Can someone tell me what are the other approaches to driving end to end process improvements in a company.

There is a new one every year. Deming and Conway had their own systems. Then there is 5S, Total Quality Management, ISO, Management by Objectives, Quality Circles,Continuous Improvement, SPC, and Kaizan. There have been others that escape me at the moment. There was one with an arrow in a bulls eye that was quality something or other. Pert charting actually was developed a a process improvement tool.

    It’s “Kaizen”.
    To add to the list:
Agile, TQS, TQL, PICOS workshops (Hughes/Raytheon), 8-D (foMoCo).   There are more to boot.
