    ARMI is a project management tool use to categorize personnel assets throughout a project.
    AMRI is also the acronym for the categories:
    A- Approver, sponsor or business leader whose approval is required.
    R- Resource, an expert whose skills are needed for a given period of time.
    M- Member, your full-time team members
    I- Interesed Party, someone you need to ensure is informed of the status of the project.
    Hope that this helps…

    Armi, as I understand, is a stakeholder analysis tool. It refers to the level of involvement of your stakeholders. From a communication and project management standpoint it is useful to see how the role of different stakeholder changes as you move through the phases of your project.
    A = Approval, R = Resource, M = Member, I = Interested Party.
    As you move through the different phases of your project, a resource could become a member. Keeping up with how stakeholders are impacted by your project is also a key component to the cultrual acceptance.
