Bank of America only “thinks” they have a six sigma program.  This is refleted in their hiring contract they sent me last year.  It stated that the six sigma engineer was going to be responsible for selling projects to managers who may not want the projects and that the six sigma engineer would be responsible for completing projests with a minimum profit of $400,000 per year.  To restate the contract with my interpretation:  Bank of America’s management is not leading, nor participating, in the projects and your job is at jeopardy with their money (not customer) focused program.  I sent an email saying that I would not be there for the interview.

Making a broad statement about BofA is difficult.  They are so large and diverse that what is true about one division is not necessary true about another.

I have personally seen some real good work happening there, and then some terrible stuff.

So if you are looking for real opinions, I would narrow your questions, such as division, region, product etc.
